How can we reimagine a luxury hotel experience rooted in Africa? That was our starting point. 

We created Noom, a new luxury hotel chain developed by Teyliom Hospitality, with a strong focus on an African culture-driven customer experience.

From concept, brand positioning to experiential principles, the project aimed to create a contemporary hospitality model anchored in African culture while meeting international luxury hospitality standards. Every touchpoint was designed to deliver comfort, authenticity, and emotional connection.

The Result: A coherent guest experience that blends local identity with refined, modern hospitality.
